This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you use our website and any mobile applications we develop or publish (collectively, our "Services").
By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
This policy is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India.

App usage data — features used, session duration, and in-app navigation patterns

Sensor and hardware data — limited technical data to ensure app compatibility
We will always request explicit permissions for sensitive data categories on mobile devices and will inform you of the specific purpose at the time of requesting permission.
3How We Use Your Information
We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
To respond to enquiries and deliver services — processing contact form submissions and communicating with you about your project
To prevent spam and abuse — using IP addresses to enforce rate limits and protect our Services from misuse
To analyse and improve our Services — understanding usage patterns to improve performance, design, and features
To send communications — responding to your messages and, where you have consented, sending updates about our Services or products
To process payments — where applicable, facilitating payments through authorised payment processors
To comply with legal obligations — retaining records as required by applicable Indian law and responding to lawful requests from authorities
To ensure security — monitoring for and protecting against fraud, unauthorised access, and technical threats
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of third-party service providers, solely to the extent necessary to provide our Services:
Analytics providers — to help us understand how our Services are used; data may be aggregated and anonymised where possible
Payment processors — to securely handle payments for our services; we do not store full payment card details
Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting, storage, and content delivery
Email and communication platforms — to manage service-related correspondence and, where consented, marketing communications
Crash reporting and performance monitoring services — to identify and fix technical issues in our applications
Social authentication providers — if you choose to sign in using a third-party account, the relevant provider will share limited profile data with us as described in their own privacy policy
Legal and regulatory authorities — where we are required to disclose data by law, court order, or government authority
All third-party service providers are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify. We refer to third parties by category rather than by name so that switching providers does not require repeated policy updates.
5Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as tracking pixels and mobile SDKs) to operate and improve our Services.
Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies — required for the basic operation of our website (e.g., session management, security); these cannot be disabled
Analytics cookies — used to collect aggregated, anonymous information about how visitors use our website; set only with your consent
Preference cookies — used to remember your settings and preferences across visits
On mobile applications, we may use SDKs provided by analytics, crash reporting, or advertising partners that employ similar tracking mechanisms.
Your choices
You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of our Services. For mobile apps, you can opt out of analytics tracking in your device's privacy settings (e.g., by resetting your advertising ID or enabling "Limit Ad Tracking").
